FITNESS CLASSES


My fitness classes are held at Ryu Renshi-Dan Karate Studio at 96 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, NY. The following classes are offered:


Cardio/Strength: This class is a full body work-out targeting the major

muscle groups in order to build muscle mass and increase metabolic rate. It also involves heart-pumping cardio to burn calories and energize you for the day.


Abs/Core Strength: This class targets the core muscles in both the abdomen and the back. We do a bit of everything: balance training, upper body strength and loads of abdominal work. It will create core strength to help prevent injuries. 

 

All classes are $20 per class and run for 50 minutes. Participants are asked to bring a mat. Please come and try a class—the first one is free.

HOW I CAN HELP


I can get you on the right exercise track in several ways:

  • You can train with me at my home in Hartsdale, NY, where I have both cardio machines and weights. I can create a personalized cardiovascular, strength training, core-strength and/or flexibility program for you.
  • I can travel to you, if you prefer to exercise in your own home.
  • You can try one of my Cardio/Strength or Abs/Core Strength fitness classes. I teach in a karate studio in Dobbs Ferry, NY. These are small, friendly, yet challenging classes where participants are encouraged to work at their own pace and at their own level.
  • For some of my more advanced clients, I have set up weight training programs for them to do on their own at the gym or at home. We meet monthly to make changes and progress the program.
